This gorgeous property is located on Ludgate Square just steps from the Blackfriars Bridge and St. Paul's Cathedral. This is the perfect location whether you're visiting on business or vacation. THINGS TO NOTE:
OCCUPANCY: Feel free to have guests over, however in compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 6 people inside the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction.
GATHERINGS: We know you are coming to have a good time, but out of respect to the other guests, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fee may apply.
SECURITY: For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside of the building. There are no recording devices inside the unit.

February 2026We had a nice stay at this apartment in London, mainly thanks to its fantastic location, which made it very easy to explore the city. The kitchen was well equipped, the apartment offered a good amount of space, and the beds were comfortable. There were a few minor points to note: • the check-in via code could have been explained more clearly in advance. • the sofa was unfortunately quite worn and not very comfortable, and seating for four people was a bit limited. • the heating in the living room did not work, which made the space less comfortable due to the cool outside temperatures. • the Wi-Fi (and TV) was unreliable during our stay due to the provider. We would like to highlight that the host handled this very kindly and granted us a discount, which we really appreciated. Overall, thanks to the excellent location, we were satisfied with our stay.

December 2025Absolutely perfect central location. Loved hearing the bells of St Paul’s. Beautiful and clean accommodation. Very comfortable. Also convenient location for baggage storage just around the corner.

December 2025Great location and plenty of space especially for London. Very prompt responses to any questions. Only issues with the place is that it can be loud (old windows let a lot of noise in) and the Internet was so slow it was pretty much unusable.

September 2025Great location by Saint Paul’s Cathedral. A little hard to figure out the lock to get in. Creaky floors and narrow stairs to hike up with luggage. Couch not comfortable at all but it was fine.

September 2025My sister and I enjoyed our stay in unit 4. It was very nice, safe, clean, and comfortable! A great place to come back to after a full day of exploring London! This unit is very centralized with plenty of coffee shops and pubs around with many walkable tourists spots in all directions. Close to Blackfriars and St. Paul Underground and City Thameslink stops to take you further out. The entrance to the unit is on a quieter side street, where the only action was a delivery truck or two for the restaurants on the block in the morning. This is a townhome style "2nd floor unit" which translates in America to 3rd floor, and has the 2nd bed/bath upstairs. Not a problem at all for us, just keep in mind for those carrying bags up stairs. Overall we had a great experience here! I would definitely reserve this spot again!

September 2025This apartment was in a great location-walkable to lots of great restaurants, attractions etc. It was squeaky clean, nice linens and exactly matched the description. I would highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again the next time we are in London.

October 2025Nice location for our few days visiting London. The beds were comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed. Living room sofa was quite dated and uncomfortable, and we would have preferred another living room chair instead of the dining chair. Also be sure to note the number of stairs to access the apartment.
